No one is perfect. We all know this intellectually, however receiving feedback, even when it’s constructive and offered with good will, is still really hard. When an employer asks us to improve our performance by doing something new or doing something differently, it often feels like we’ve failed somehow. In this session, you’ll learn how to move past those defeating feelings, find the value in your employer’s feedback (there’s always value whether you agree with it or not!), and raise your game professionally. Presented by Lora Brawley.
If you’re unable to make the live session, you can purchase the session and receive access to the recording within 4 days of the end of the live session.
All registrations are non-refundable. If you purchase an individual session and later decide to purchase the series, you will not receive a refund for your individual sessions. Get information on the whole series here.
