We all know the most effective way to handle a child’s challenging behavior is to have both nanny and parent take the same approach in dealing with the behavior.  But that’s often easier said than done.  This workshop will help you create a collaborative nanny / parent team that benefits you, your employer and the child.  In this session you’ll learn how to decide which issues to take to the parents and which to handle on your own, share your ideas in a non-threatening way, enlist a reluctant parent’s cooperation and support.  Presented by Lora Brawley.
