Often a performance review in the nanny world means a quick and casual conversation around the catch-all question ‘How are things going?” A structed performance review takes more time and attention however, it gives both the nanny and the family the opportunity to share their views on what’s working, what would be helpful to change, and outline goals for the upcoming year. It also sets the stage for a conversation on a performance-based raise. In this session, you’ll learn how to present the idea of a performance review, get fully prepared to share and accept input (you’ll receive 2 templates to walk you through it), and transition from your review to your potential raise in a professional way. We’ll wrap up with tried and true tips on successfully negotiating your nanny raise. Presented by Lora Brawley.
If you’re unable to make the live session, you can purchase the session and receive access to the recording within 4 days of the end of the live session.
All registrations are non-refundable. If you purchase an individual session and later decide to purchase the series, you will not receive a refund for your individual sessions. Get information on the whole series here.
